What one thing do you think that countries, companies or individual must do to make the world a better place in 2008?

When we stop totally relying on oil for all our daily energy needs will there be a world with a better place in 2008. Just look around you, everything and I mean everything have something to do with the oil market as it foundation. A country should dedicate it resource for renewable energy than deploying troops to some middle eastern country...a company should stop wasting unnecessary energy and cutting waste, finally every individual should support the "Green" movement of their country or company.
