Software Piracy and Academic pursue.

I got to say, without Bram Cohen,Broadband Internet and PirateBay.... what can cash strap but full of aspiration and ambitious student do to get their project and assignment done? Online piracy may hurt the bottom line of software company, but software company stills earn behemoth profits. School nowadays do not distribute license copies of software to students so they can work on their project and assignment from home.

They should not go around catching insignificant small fries who do not profit from such online piracy. Even the pirates themselves are offering the "cracked" software Free Of Charge. Think about this, students who get  an illegitimate copy of the software to work on may one day be employed to work in companies that will pay for the legitimate software. With the oppurtunity of pirated software, how easy is it for society to produce the skilled or talented person for hire?

Student do need to start somewhere to practice and making them pay hundreds to thousands of dollars for software will hurt their cashflow.

Software pirates are sometime the Robinhood to Students.
