Ant Colony, Day 3

Its been 3 days since those creature started tunneling. They have earlier prove me that they are intelligent and communicated well enough to link up mid way while tunneling from 2 sites. Lets see what other trick they have up their sleeves.

Hmm. Not bad, looks like they have linked the center tunnel, or CTE tunnel to tunnel B on the right. This is like linking CTE to TPE (tunnel B) via PIE. I observe no major changes in tunnel A on the left which looks like KJE, BKE linking to the south of CTE via AYE forming a U shape. A small tunnel have been started on the left side but currently I have no familiar Singapore road names to gave it. Notice the top right hand corner of the colony looks like a big mess but on closer observation, its actually 2 tunnels, one on the foreground and one on and background.

Some slackers at the bottom. Sleeping? Chatting? Or just day dreaming?

Whatever that was dig out did not go to waste. It was reuse as decorative purpose above their colony. Those blue crystals also act as their food source. Hmm, I suspect that due to the confined space of the colony (like Singapore), they can't afford to store their food in the tunnel risking their creature comfort.
