To sign on or not to sign on...thats the question

A MSN chat transcript with a colleague of mine whose friend intend to sign on.... Oh by the way, my MSN nick is "迟到好过没到，请别超速". This is my new nick after my mum found out but still allow me to ride bike to work.

Welfare as a organization I can proudly say is top notch but the "care for soldier" attitude is freaking lacking in the lower level (Hierachy)

Simply say, the rules and laws are there to make the organization look good on paper but the people that is govern by the rules and laws don't look that good.

Ultimately it boils down to how the individual in the organization work professionally and ethnically. Not need to be passionate or passion of the christ also can make the work place a nice one.

You see how our senior behave and their attitude. Its a sign there is some problem. The PC hardware is top notch but software corrupted.... ha ha

Hmm...maybe my next blog will be to advise people who intend to sign-on air force on what the AirForce can offer you (Extra duties, BOS Duties, Hanger Guard, Regimental Duties, Weekend burn, Salary every 10th, ROVW, LOW, Summary Trial, Court Martial, Board of investigation..., Pay raise, QAC Audit,) and what the Air Force cannot give you (Hmm...I am quite satisfied cause I have been recieving good stuff except for an ROVW, Record of verbal warning.)
