Mutton Briyani Chicken Briyani

Most people in Singapore must had tried the Indian Briyani (mutton,chicken or fish) unless you had spice intolerance. My favourite hunt for Briyani got to be the Indian stall located at the food court at North Point and the next will be Prata House. The next time you had Briyani, take close notice at the shape of each rice grain. You will find that its longer and much slender than the regular rice on our dining table. Little did most realise that its an imported rice from India or Pakistan, name Basmati Rice. By the way, the rice doesn't stick much at all as compared to regular rice grains.
